We started out as part of a very large Real Estate Investment company in the mid 90's here in Denver. At that time, it was not uncommon for us to be working on 100-125 fix-n-flips a year. When Real Estate slowed down, we decided to focus not only on our properties but use our expertise and resources to help others with their own. In 2009 we created 5280 Roofing and Exteriors, Inc. to bring a different style Home Improvement company to the area. As such, we are not looking to be a large company and prefer a more personal touch. We want you to feel confident with our ability to handle all your needs.
