History
Originally the Oddfellows Hall (I.O.O.F.) in Wray, the building was built in 1908 and rebuilt to its current dimension in 1914. Owned by the Oddfellows until 1996, the main level of the building was home to Safeway, Shop-All, Radio Shack, and several Mercantiles in the early 1920's-1940. The upstairs was largely untouched until the current owners bought the property in 2005, restoring the original tin ceilings and cleaning up the original oak floors and fir trim. More of a makeover than a remodel, the owners of 4th & Main tried to retain the character of the building while adding modern touches, updating all HVAC and electrical, and adding the commercial kitchen. The restaurant has become a popular destination for locals and travelers, with the 'upstairs, downtown' feel, modern offerings on the menu, and small town vibe of the staff. Come have a steak, have a pint, have a mushroom pizza, or just relax in downtown Wrayberry, America!
