United Studios of Self Defense offers programs for men, women and children of all ages. Beginners and experienced Japanese martial artists alike participate in private and group training programs. United Studios’ Self Defense System is an ever-changing program that easily keeps students interested and involved. All instructors must graduate with honors from the United Studios Instructors Academy. Each instructor is on a senior level and has been training and managing for over ten years, while constantly refining their teaching and organizational skills. Classes are beneficial for children, teens and adults who wish to learn the art form, learn self defense or simply improve self-awareness and confidence.
