Each class offers a creative dynamic series of poses blended together with breathe, music and inspiration to create a flow of energy and expression that strengthens your body & eases your mind & touches your spirit. At the yoga shala we are committed to building a community rooted in Truth and Love as we explore the wisdom of yoga. Vinyasa is a dynamic form of the physical yoga practice teaching conscious breath work while exploring a series of poses and movements creating a flow of energy and self expression. The poses stretch, strengthen and cleanse the body, leaving the student with an almost euphoric feeling of inner peace and and revitalized being. In an all level class, expect to be challenged, but the teachers provide modifications for all body types and levels of experience, always encouraging the student toward self awareness, when rest is needed, and self acceptance, when frustrations arise.
