Jeanne Dowell is a full-time yoga instructor who teaches classes and workshops throughout the East Bay. She has been trained in Anusara and Iyengar yoga which emphasize balanced postural alignment and spiritual transformation. Dowell was the special instructor for the U.S. Olympic Committee and has taught in India, Morocco and Greece.
