History
The concept of YERSEN was born so many years ago that we can no longer pin point the moment the idea came to us. While the concept has evolved over the years, our aims have not: I want to bring people happiness and my partner wants to make the world a better place. Over the years, as I completed my French Pastry training in Paris and Gelato training in Italy and Singapore, we contemplated places like Switzerland, Taiwan and Singapore to launch our flagship store. Life eventually brought us to the U.S. and after a long harsh winter in Connecticut, we took a leap of faith and drove more than 3000 miles across the country to make California the home of YERSEN. As I crafted the first batches of Italian Gelato just hours before our Grand Opening, I am filled with the sense of hope that our gelato can brighten your day. Et voila, today I present you YERSEN Gelato Cakes!
