Yari Film Group is a motion picture production company that specializes in independent films. Productions include Crash, A Love Song for Bobby Long, Nothing but the Truth, The Illusionist, Employee of the Month, Dave Chappelle's Block Party and Even Money. The company works with newcomer writers and directors, as well as veterans of the industry. Yari Film Group also has its own affiliate for domestic distribution. President and CEO Bob Yari has been a producer on many motion pictures, and studied film at UC Santa Barbara. Yari was born in Iran and grew up in New York City.
