Wine Country CrossFit is a fitness studio that offers strength and conditioning with plenty of elbow room. Group classes and one-on-one coaching are available. There are classes for kids, teens, adults, and seniors. CrossFit classes incorporate pushing, pulling, rowing, squatting, lifting, running, jumping and plyometrics. The workouts are vigorous by way of combining cardio and strength training at the same time. "You get more results more quicker," says owner Beth Rippens, "it's the most effective workout on the planet." This is an alternative to the conventional gym in that its members receive a lot of personal attention by coaches who lead them through the workout in a competitive and fun environment. Movements are vigorous with fitness programs scalable to each person's level. Workouts end up being shorter and more dynamic in comparison to boot camp. It's a no frills workout space, and there's really no judgements here, people come here to actually work out and break into sweat. This is also a good place for those strength training for a sport as well. Free introductory classes are offered on Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 11am. The entire facility is handicap accessible. It was established in 2008.
