Community Bridges WIC Program provides nutrition education, special checks to buy healthy food, help in finding health care and other community services to women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum. Services are also provided for children up to 5 years old.
Community Bridges WIC Program is one of eight programs of the Community Bridges family of programs. The other programs that support Santa Cruz County are Meals on Wheels, Live Oak Family Resource Center, La Manzana Community Resources, WIC, Child Development Division, Lift Line, Child & Adult Care Food Program and Beach Flats Community Center.
