Whole Grain Baking Co. specializes in baking quality ethnic breads. The types of breads we currently bake are Lavash, Matnakash, Pouri, Shoti, Barbari, Sandwich Rolls, French Rolls, Mini French Rolls (for party platters), Raisin Rolls, Choreg and Challah. Our R&D Department can work with clients who prefer a specific type, shape or size of bread. Our bakery is Kosher Certified.
