Two generations of the Richter family have owned and operated West Valley for 60 years and counting. Jay and Ruth founded the business when Saticoy St. was a two lane country road in the rural San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles ( look at the photo up on the wall ) selling Mustangs and NSUs. In 1956 Jay took on BMW Motorcycles. Daughter Laurie now handles bike sales, parts, accessories, and clothes. Husband Don Watson spins the wrenches in back.
