I'm not going to lie the hardworking cnas seem understaffed I feel bad for them the upper floors smell like pee... there's no AC no ventilation

Sadly more than disappointed in Villa Rancho Bernardo. My elderly mom was transferred here after broken femur surgery from a local hospital. She was at the facility for approximately 8 days....
