History
Victory Mission has been in the same location, assisting the homeless and helpless, for over 50 years. Recognized as a 501(c)3 organization in the early '60s, Victory Mission is a community-funded Rescue Mission for men, and a provider of emergency assistance to all, without discrimination of any kind. Although women and families are welcome to share dinner with us (6:15pm every evening), we are unable, at this time, to provide shelter for women and/or families.
Specialties
We offer dinner (6:15pm) for anyone who is hungry and a safe, clean shelter for men (7:15pm), which includes showers. We also offer clean, used clothing, emergency food bags, cups of ice, warm blankets and spiritual counseling, Monday through Saturday. We also offer a faith-based, 6-month recovery program (for men), called Fresh S.T.A.R.T., utilizing the Celebration Recovery Curriculum. Upon completion of Phase One & Two (6-months), a Transitional program is available for 1-2 years , as needed. We are a member of the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions.
