Kevin has an extensive background going back 25 years and has always been committed to helping people live their physical potential. He is a proponent of healthy living and has held many talks, workshops and classes over the years in an effort to help people unlearn the abundance of dietary and exercise misinformation that is all too common in modern day. 2013 was the year Kevin decided to close down his successful personal training studio of ten years and teach outdoors. A nature lover at heart - there is nothing that compares to exercising outdoors - thus Valor Boot Camp Fitness was born. Kevin teaches all intensities of exercise and so whatever your fitness and health goals, Valor Boot Camp Fitness will see you through!
