Established in 2003. The first Cafe opened in Ventura California in 2003. Tom Holt is the owner of all the Cafes. We are a family business that is growing every year!

We craft a casual yet discerning menu with refined local ingredients and blend them into the tastiest dishes in a warm yet vibrant atmosphere. Every day we make our focaccia dough in our scratch kitchens. And we bake it fresh constantly in our open-hearth ovens right before your eyes. Lunch and dinner are our specialty where customers enjoy a healthy delicious and affordable menu of gourmet sandwiches and farm fresh salads. What we do, we do extremely well and all with a smile.
