There is no shortage of fine Japanese restaurants in Los Angeles, but Urasawa may very well be the best. There are only 10 seats at the sushi bar, where guests are fed by culinary master Chef Hiroyuki Urasawa. The restaurant is exclusive and tucked away on the second floor of One Rodeo, the small shopping complex at the end of Rodeo Drive. Reservations are a must at Urasawa, which is one of the most expensive restaurants in the state.
