History
Certified Personal Trainer in 2002 Studied yoga (Shivananda) 15 years. Ballet 12 Years Plates Kickboxing Rather than talking about my business, let me suggest a few things you may want to look for in your trainer. - Someone you connect with. Try out a few trainers. You want to enjoy their company and all they stand for. - Experience. Your trainer should develop a plan for you, based on your goals and be able to execute a plan each session while letting you know what you're doing and why. - Versatile. No exercise day should ever be the same. - Good eye. Your form should be perfect (or close to it) perfect form is key to toning right and preventing injury. - Rehab. They should be able to spot imbalances and know how to fix them. - They track your exercises and weights. Some trainers don't do this, but I find it's important. - They have a vast knowledge of core and functional exercises. This will prevent injury and keep your body not just fit, but strong. Good luck!
