History
We built this business with our bare hands. It started with an empty bread delivery truck and an idea. Just the construction and permiting process took me a year to complete. Even the signs on the outside of the truck were hand painted by me, most of them are salvaged wood from Hurricane Sandy. Wood that was once furniture belonging to my neighbors and myself. Now we have expanded our opportunities to serve our loyal customers with a restaurant! The restaurant menu is much larger than the food truck menu and includes BBQ delicacies such as burnt ends, sliced brisket, and grass fed beef ribs. My goal is to serve high quality, delicious, hearty meals, to happy customers. I am a chef, and I love to make people happy with food!
Specialties
We specialize in our famous smoked BBQ burnt ends, Sliced Brisket, Beef Ribs, and pork spareribs. Our menu includes beer, wine, and cocktails. We are also very popular for catering and special events!
