I'm the Owner and Trainer for Tuff Girl Fitness and Tuff Girl Boot Camp. I started this company from the ground up in October of 2008 and I'm very proud of what is has become. I've helped hundreds of ladies get in shape, feel better about themselves, eat right, relieve stress, decrease their body fat and create a positive outlook on life.
Specialties
Tuff Fitness Boot Camp is a co-ed full body workout program that combines calisthenics, flexibility, strength training, weightlifting, circuits, cardio through short distance running, jogging, walking and drills to form a stronger, tighter, fitter you! Our fitness program is designed for men and women at any fitness level; from beginners just entering the fitness world, to the elite fitness buff that just needs a change in their daily routine! You can workout to your level and your limits. This class is about your own fitness progress and success, so challenge yourself at your own pace. In addition, we have a class called X-Fit- Strength and Core Conditioning. X FIT is a strength training class that will get you faster results and help you burn more calories. In this class you will learn to set goals - specific, measurable, attainable, and time-based, to keep you on track. Examples of what the programming and lifts you'll be working on will be is: Thrusters, Overhead Squats, Deadlifts, Pullups, Cleans, Clean and Jerks, Split Jerks, Burpees, Box Jumps, Wall Balls, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Pushups, Squats, small amount of running, Jump rope, Farmer Carry, Kettlebell Swings just to name a few. This training is ideal for overall fitness, weight loss, endurance, power, balance, strength, core strength and cross-training for marathons, half marathons and mud runs. This class is held Monday-Thursday 615am-7am and Monday-Wednesday 715pm-8pm Saturday 830am-915am.
