True Core Connection began as Pilates by Di in 2008, when owner and instructor Dionna Veremis rented studio space all over Los Angeles to establish clientele. Through personal referrals the business grew and is now a fully-equipped home-based studio in Sherman Oaks. The warm and nurturing environment is perfect for the focused, personalized instruction clients receive at True Core Connection.
