History
We opened in May of 2013 and wanted to expose the world of CrossFit to everyone and anyone receptive. Changing live's one day at a time. Through the methodology of CrossFit and the integrated philosophies of martial arts, we found that our CrossFit program brings something very special to the community and those around. Our coaches and trainers are well versed in believing that health and fitness is not a one stop destination but a way of life. From humble beginnings to growing where we want, we will help all those that come into our little box.
Specialties
CrossFit Strength & Conditioning. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. A complete fitness program targeting all aspects of the human physique. We utilize kettle bells, running, olympic lifts, plyometrics, body weight conditioning, rowing, and rope climbs just to name a few. CrossFit is for everyone from ages 13-60. We are here to reach your health and fitness goals.
