With a background in Outdoor Education and change process, my goal is to get clients out of the gym, and into their lives. The gym is a means, not an end. I encourage my clients to explore new activities and learn new skills to truly appreciate the strength, agility, balance, endurance and power gained in our sessions. Whether a client be 16 or 65, I have helped clients get in the best shape of their lives, reduce or eliminate pain and movement dysfunction and transform their bodies.

Insured, certified Personal Trainer, specializing in fat loss, body transformation, lower back pain, hip and knee replacement recovery and powerlifting. For over 15 years I've coached individuals in sports and lifestyle education, teaching rock climbing, fat loss, health and wellness and weight training. I deliver proven results with proven methods, using the most up to date science backed methods for training and nutrition.
