We started out in commercial work in the late 1980's and received many referrals, at one point a Property Manager contacted us and asked us if we could service her communities with lighting and electrical maintenance and our niche in HOAs began.

For more than 25+ years, we've served HOA communities throughout Southern California, working directly with Property Managers and HOA Board of Directors. We specialize in quality lighting products, LED and energy efficient lighting solutions and full service Lighting Maintenance. Our experts are truly, well experts in Lighting and Electrical products and services - they're long established Journeyman Electricians, Nationally Certified Lighting Consultants and Lighting Technicians in many cases, working with us for more than 8+ years. (Of note, we don't currently service individual residences, just HOAs and their Property Managers)
