Three Gear Hitting specializes in the modern day baseball swing. Mike Trout, Aaron Judge, Bo Bichette all use the modern swing. We teach HLP (High Level Pattern). We copy the best hitters in the world approach and mechanics. All the best hitters do the same move with their body to accelerate the barrel of the bat. It does not matter if you are big or small, using your body to generate bat speed is quicker and more powerful then using your wrists and arms. We make hitters, period.
