History
The Spoon Trade is a restaurant formed by Jacob Town, Brooke Town and Patrick Bergseid. The three partners met at the Cracked Crab in Pismo Beach in the spring of 1999. After a decade in San Francisco, the three found themselves back on the Central Coast amongst family and friends. Now they look forward to opening a new space with a fresh outlook.
Specialties
We specialize in handmade food, sourced from local farms, fisherman and ranches. We bake sourdough bread and sesame buns daily and incorporate fresh picked veggies into our unique menu. Our handmade pasta, fried chicken and grilled meats have become increasingly popular. Check out our website for daily updates to our menu.
