History
In 1993 Marc Harvey, after many years managing his family's auto dealerships, established The Service Outlet in San Ramon. He had a simple mission: provide dealership-quality service for Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Toyota owners throughout the area. But he wanted that service to be affordable. And he wanted the facility to have a personal feel: with staff who know their customers, mechanics who give honest recommendations, even a reception area with cool drinks and snacks. Within two years, the San Ramon site was so popular that Marc opened a second location in Lafayette. Today these two facilities provide service to thousands of Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Toyota owners - many of whom are now long-time customers.
