HistoryAgentEXTRA's journey into real estate was not linear. Sharon was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Turlock, California. She moved to the San Francisco Bay Area at the age of 17 to earn her degree in Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley. Upon graduation, she worked on assay development in the laboratory, but quickly realized she wanted to support the scientific community as a whole. She then began her career as a sales representative and has continued to serve researchers in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and industrial segment. She simultaneously continued her education and earned a Masters of Business Administration from San Jose State University, a Masters of Science in Biotechnology and Biodefense and a National Security Certificate from Johns Hopkins University. During this time, she managed sensitive transactions in excess of $45 million and began to contemplate other applications of her skill set.
