History
My neck and lower back were injured in a car accident as a teenager, it was recommended that I try acupuncture. Like most Americans in the 1980's I had never had an acupuncture treatment. In three treatments my pain was completely relieved, however, I continued treatment for a variety of other conditions and began taking Tai Chi and Qi Gung classes. My diet improved, my stress went down. I felt great. When needed, I would receive Chiropractic or Amma Massage Therapy. My health improved dramatically. When they opened a College for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 1994, I joined the first class. Upon graduation, I was asked to teach at the college and do a residency at the health center where I had been a patient. Sadly, the founder died ,and after many changes at the college and health center I decided to leave and move to California. I began my practice here in Yuba CIty at Dr. Price's Chiropractic Office and opened my own practice in 2008. I like Yuba City am grateful to be here.
