The Hidden Kitchen was born from a dream to gather community around a food, a concept that has forever existed but that is becoming lost to many people in our culture. Inspired by a beloved trip to Sayulita Mexico, we began our quest to creating the only blue corn waffle recipe in the United States! In loving to eat well, and to eat intentionally, we created a spot that provides food from the local environments we are part of, that will sustain our patrons, and that makes your belly feel good!

We specialize in bioregional blue corn waffles and seasonal smoothies to satisfy a broad range of taste preferences. Our menu is simple yet the flavors extend beyond simplicity, adding lovely combinations of both bold and subtle tastes to excite the palate. We exist to offer a healthy meeting place for our community to share in conversation, connect through experience, and gather around the one thing that has consistently brought many groups of people together: delicious food!
