I started baking since I was 4 years old with my mother. My passion started since I was 12 years old,I was working at an ice cream store, and I was making crepes, One day my manager put me in charge on the crepe station, because she saw that I was very good at it. I attended the prestigese French school Le Cordon Blue, I wanted to focus on the quality of the food and the service. I wanted the people to have the best quality of food. The Crepe Expert was Established in 2018 and it keeps growing.
