When you walk in the door at The Core the first time, youll very likely be greeted by either a tall bald man, a guy whose hair would put Fabio to shame, or an incredibly joyful leprechaun. Your first session or two at The Core, youll have one-on-one time with one of our coaches. Theyll ask you questions about your history, health, fitness experience, goals, and probably what you think an ideal breakfast sandwich looks like (or something equally as random). This gives us an idea of how we can best help improve your quality of life. As you work your way around the gym, they will undoubtedly introduce you to everyone who is working out. People might stop their workout to say hi and it may or may not have to do with them not wanting to finish their cardio. After your first few sessions with a coach, you start coming in whenever you want. Some folks have been coming in 6 days a week for 11 years and some of us are happy if we can sneak in a couple early morning workouts before we start our days. You are our focus and everything about The Core is designed with you at the center.
