The Breema Clinic is now offering Breema bodywork in-person, with all COVID precautions in place. We continue to offer online live, personal Self-Breema sessions. Breema bodywork creates a profound sense of safety and security, and with it, an amazingly deep relaxation and release of tension that catalyzes movement in the direction of optimal health. Practiced on a well-padded floor, the practitioner touches and moves your body (fully clothed) in a variety of ways that open and unblock tension in the whole body, nurture the flow of vital energy, and allow the mind and feelings to also come to balance. Many and varied, the movements of Self-Breema include gentle stretches, firm and gentle touch, and unique postures. Each exercise provides an ideal opportunity to apply and experience the Breema principles. Practicing Self-Breema is both nurturing and energizing, and supports physical and physiological flexibility and vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Our online Self-Breema sessions are 30 minutes of live individual instruction over Zoom with a staff Breema Instructor from the Breema Center. They are a practical way to come to body-mind connection anywhere, at any time. This connection can then be brought to all the activities of your day.
