CrossFit RepScheme resides in an 8,000-square-foot, air-conditioned facility. The training regimen used here involves nine basic movements -- air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean. Classes are conducted periodically throughout the week, with open gym starting in the morning every weekday. Moreover, the facility houses a children's activity center, athlete store, member lounge, member conference area, cafe shop and other amenities.
