我打了电话问了下厨师是不是西安人，说是，且很自信. 于是我开了一个多小时过来试了一下水盆羊肉. 图1/2是上上来的水盆羊肉. 前台服务态度很好. 但单就这个水盆羊肉，这个水平. （目前在全美，还没吃到过西安的正宗水盆羊肉） 水盆羊肉：讲究的是清汤. 任何一碗水盆羊肉，只要汤不清澈，基本可以直接放弃不吃.
