The business started in 2008 as a result of the USA recession, when Jacek W. Machnowski Sr., a native Venezuelan of Polish descent retired from his private architectural practice in the Bay Area and discovered the beauty of teaching Spanish to adults in Marin county, becoming a fun activity for all participants.
