Located in the Ocean View Plaza, Sunrise Tae Kwon Do offers martial arts classes for people of all ages and all experience levels. The focus of this martial arts school is not fighting and competition, but physical fitness, character development and self-defense. Qualified teens are welcome to attend the adult program classes. For those who would prefer to simply watch, there is a viewing room with plenty of seating.
