Studio B Pilates provides a method of body training that requires mental and physical control of the muscles. Diligent practice two to three times per week will yield results in a matter of weeks. Achieving the "perfect" body can occur within a year, and absolutely everyone benefits from pilates.
It's also good for weight loss. Classes are made up of private, duo and mat/wall-unit sessions. The teachers are thoroughly well versed in anatomy and kinesiology.
