In 2018 Stilettos with KG was created in Sacramento, CA to reach women who were in need of an outlet to feel welcomed and supported. Stilettos with KG set out to give women the opportunity to flourish in a judgment free zone of learning and expression. The customized teaching methods in Stilettos with KG encourages women to express themselves confidently and unapologetically beyond the dance studio.

Stilettos with KG is a seductive dance class in high heels providing a fun way for ladies of all dance levels and backgrounds to come together and support one another through the movement of dance. Each class objective is to bring out the best in you, to empower you, and uplift you in a welcoming and judgment free environment of learning and expression. This weekly dance class is focused on performance development, musicality, and stepping into being fully comfortable and confident in your own skin. Whether you are a trained dancer, or a beginner, Stilettos with KG is intended to help you grow and flourish as a woman who expresses her individuality unapologetically. Weekly class schedule, unless otherwise announced, is every Wednesday and Thursday located at Spotlight Ballroom 8:30 p.m. Registration is required in advance. Class fees vary.
