Growing up in Piedmont and residing in Montclair for the last 25 years has given me a first hand knowledge of our local neighborhoods and the complexities of living in the Bay Area. I graduated with honors from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Economics then went on to receive honors from a graduate course at the London School of Economics. I pursued a career in the world of finance prior to launching my career in real estate. At The Grubb Co., I specialize in fine home sales in Oakland, Piedmont, Berkeley, Kensington, El Cerrito and Albany.

I combine a thoughtful, energetic personality with methodical follow through to navigate the sometimes challenging process of selling a home. First I educate my clients about the market realities. For sellers, I discuss specifics about the positioning of the property in the market. Designing and implementing a custom marketing plan, I tailor the activities to the property's strengths. Last. I presents the various pricing strategies in relationship to the market, the recent neighborhood statistics and the seller's motivation. For buyers, I employ the Internet as well to provide enhanced search techniques to identify suitable properties. Assessing the statistical data, I make sure my clients feel fully informed when making an offer.
