Spinnaker Point Apartments is a quiet and cozy residential complex off of Dixon Landing Road complete with tennis courts, pool and jacuzzi, with plenty of visitor parking located in the front and on the sides. The apartments range from studios to condominiums with two beds and two baths. The mailboxes, park and leasing office are all conveniently located in the center of the complex.
