Beverly Lew is very personable but she did tests I did not ask for nor need (I had a complete hearing exam by an audiologist with 25+ years exp 2 days prior) thus wasting my time and money....

Very unprofessional.!!!! When I asked for cost of a test. "We do not work for free". Would not check ear pieces even though they were under warranty. Denies saying one ear piece was broken....
