HistoryIn 2007 I was 100 pounds overweight. I felt terrible and knew I had to make a change. I made a commitment to start eating healthier and to begin an exercise regimen. By March 2008 I had lost 45 pounds and ran the Los Angeles Marathon. I knew at this point that I could accomplish anything. I then began swimming and biking and entered the sport of triathlon. I continued to eat healthy along the way and in 2009 I reached my goal of 95 pounds lost. I was motivated to bring my knowledge to others and now have helped countless people achieve their optimal help through good nutrition. My belief is to use real food and give clients the tools to lose their weight for good. I know how you feel because I have lived in an overweight (obese) body.
