SoCal Fitness Boot Camp is a weight loss boot camp for women. This outdoor fitness program is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals by utilizing fun, challenging, and invigorating activities.This weight loss boot camp for women’s program is 4 weeks long, 4 days a week, for 1 hour a day, and is instructed by a Certified Fitness Trainer. Programs include fitness instruction, training, and motivation. Our workouts are designed to accommodate women of ALL fitness levels, shapes & ages.
