Smoked Out BBQ started out selling bbq sauces to friends and family. After one year of selling bbq sauces and building our customer base, we decided to open a mobile food truck on August 2015. After 2 and half years of hitting the streets, markets, concerts and catering venues, we have decided to pursue our end dream. The dream was to open a storefront in the South Bay of Northern California. Grand opening will Be May 19th 2018.
Specialties
Our business specializes in smoking all of our meats low and slow with Oak and Hickory wood. We have our signature BBQ sauces and Spice rub for everyone to enjoy. We are very passionate about our bbq and take no shortcuts. We use only the best and locally grown products and ingredients.
