As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Doug is qualified to plan and implement exercise programs for healthy individuals or those who have medical clearance to exercise. He will facilitate motivation and adherence as well as develop and administer programs designed to enhance muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, and/or any of the motor skills related components of physical fitness. - Now in my words; my specialties are bodybuilding, powerlifting, weight-loss transformations and helping you find the intrinsic motivation to take fitness and make it a regular part of your new healthy lifestyle!
