Where they told my sister they didn't get my payment on their end.

Both Simple Mobile and my credit card acknowledged that I paid. Phone worked for Sep. and Oct. Now, when i need it most, i get nothing.

They Overcharge and not even honor what their site says to make it right.

Advertise 1 price, then charge more and refuse to correct.
