Red Dragon Karate teaches martial arts to people of all ages. Kid’s classes are for ages four to 11 and the instructors teach martial arts personal discipline. Adult classes range in age from in 15 to 99. One-on-one personal training is available to clients who are interested in a more concentrated training routine. One free class is offered to prospective students and billing for classes is done on a month-to-month basis. There are specialty classes available such as sword basics, staff basics, tiger two, tiger whipping tail and dragon staff. Some of the many classes that this academy offers are self-defense, physical conditioning, speed, strength, awareness of surroundings, balance and coordination.
