Sierra Vista High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. It offers academic instruction in English, mathematics, science, social studies and technology education. The school additionally offers courses in business studies, computer science and physical education. Sierra Vista High School has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, wrestling, football, volleyball and cross country. It publishes a newspaper, Tiger Tales, which is based on a program that provides assistive technology devices to students with severe disabilities to help them communicate. The school is located in Vista, Calif., and is a part of the Vista Unified School District.
