Shorecliffs Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. It offers academic programs in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally offers elective courses in art, Spanish, music, and computer and industrial technology. Shorecliffs Middle School provides opportunities to students to participate in various lunchtime activities, such as candy scramble and spirit week. It organizes academic rallies, talent shows and spelling bee competitions. The school also supports a yearbook club, site council and parent-teacher-student association. Marblehead Elementary School is a relatively new addition to the Capistrano Unified School District, opening its doors in 2001. According to the school's website, Marblehead Elementary has a active Parent-Teacher Association that sponsors activities like Family Fun Night and a talent show.
