Ben Murphey Shelter Island Capital started in 2003 as a Mortgage Brokerage. Ben Murphey has been practicing Mortgage Lending since 1998. In 2005 Insurance Services were bundled into the business as a complement for Ben's clients' personal insurance needs for their Real Estate transactions. Insurance has grown into offering heath and life insurance, commercial, apartment, and marine insurance. Everything about Ben Murphey is geared towards smooth transactions, great rates, while protecting the property and lively hood and doing what we can to improve the lives of our clients. Our service doesn't stop after closing.
